URGENT NOTICE — VEHICLES UNLAWFULLY MISAPPROPRIATED FROM THE MANUFACTURER

Tourne mobil d.o.o., Ljubljanska cesta 16, 1360 Vrhnika, Slovenia, hereby notifies that the following vehicles were unlawfully misappropriated from the manufacturer before the manufacturer could complete the required preparation, inspection, testing, and certification for safe use:

VF3YHG8V4RG083334 – New TOURNE RHD 435 L3H2 2.2 BlueHDi 180 EAT8 6.4 Select
VF3YLF6V7RG085221 – New TOURNE RHD 335 L3H2 2.2 BlueHDi 140 6.4 Cruise

These vehicles were taken from the manufacturer’s control before they could be safely prepared for operation and must therefore be regarded as unsafe and unfit for use on public roads.

Tourne Mobil accepts no liability in connection with these vehicles unless and until they are recovered, inspected, tested, and expressly certified as safe by experts appointed by the manufacturer.

Any person or entity in possession or control of these vehicles must immediately cease any use, sale, transfer, registration, or other disposition of them and make them available for inspection.
